Future Workforce Alliance

The future of work is now.

We are proud to be a founding member of the Future Workforce Alliance (FWA), officially launching in May 2023.

The FWA is a bipartisan initiative bringing together forward-thinking policymakers and sector leaders. The goal of the alliance is to champion legal, technological and policy-based solutions that protect workers’ rights amidst unprecedented digital disruption.

Members of the FWA are united by their support of workers’ flexibility, and a broader commitment to harness digitisation to create a more fair, healthy and inclusive global workforce.

"The Future Workforce Alliance leads an ambitious agenda that aims to transform and improve the current labour dynamics into a more modern, efficient and well-being driven future."

Lídia Pereira
Member of the European Parliament, European People's Party.

"The Future Workforce Alliance promotes and enables a future where the concept of work is reimagined to prioritize the well-being and fulfillment of individuals."

Filipa Matos
Vice President of Special Operations, Remote.

“We are excited to be launching the FWA alongside our incredible partners to drive tangible policy solutions for a more fair, healthy, and inclusive future of work”.

2023 Campaign: The European Charter for Digital Workplace Well-Being

In 2023, the FWA is launching the European Charter for Digital Workplace Well-Being to inspire urgent policy action around four themes in order to protect the well-being of tech-enabled workers:

(1) Life Beyond Work, (2) Social Connection, (3) Privacy & Trust, and (4) Digital Wellness.

We are urging MEPs to support the call for forward-thinking solutions that will optimse the experience of remote & hybrid working for current and future generations.
